Ingredients:

50g Dark Chocolate

600ml Semi Skimmed Milk

2 Teaspoons Cocoa Powder

2 Teaspoons Sugar

Sprinkle of Cinnamon to taste

Equipment:

Small Saucepan

Whisk

Sharp Knife

Recipe:

1. Shred the chocolate into small chunks using your knife, the smaller the better

2. Place your milk in a saucepan and put on a low to medium heat

3. Once your milk is warmed up, put in your cocoa powder and sugar, whisk it in

4. Pour the shredded chocolate into the pan, and whisk as it melts into the milk

5. Add your cinnamon to taste, or have it without. Pour into a mug and enjoy
